- 1/2 cup (115g) butter, melted
- 1/2 cup (120ml) hot sauce (e.g., Frank’s RedOriginal)
- 3 cups (450g) rotisserie chicken, shredded and patted dry
- 2 cups (200g) shredded sharp cheddar cheese
- 1/2 cup (120ml) ranch dressing
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/2 teaspoon onion powder
- 1/2 teaspoon salt (or to taste)
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper (or to taste)
- 1/2 cup (50g) extra cheddar cheese for topping
- 1/4 cup (60ml) blue cheese dressing for drizzling
- 2 stalks green onions, sliced
- Celery leaves (optional)
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a large mixing bowl, beat the softened cream cheese with a hand mixer or fork until smooth and creamy.
- Add the melted butter, hot sauce, ranch dressing, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper. Mix until well combined.
- Fold in the shredded chicken and shredded cheddar cheese until evenly distributed.
- Spread the mixture evenly into a 9×9 inch baking dish.
- Bake for 15-20 minutes until the edges are bubbling and the top is golden.
- If desired, sprinkle extra cheddar on top and broil for 1-2 minutes for a crispy crust (watch closely).
- Remove from oven, drizzle with blue cheese dressing, and garnish with green onions and celery leaves.
- Serve immediately while hot.

Ensure cream cheese is fully softened to avoid lumps. Pat rotisserie chicken dry to prevent a watery dip. Use full-fat dairy for best texture and flavor. Leftovers can be stored in the refrigerator for up to 4 days and reheated gently with a splash of milk.
